I have a first-generation iPhone with 8GB of storage. It's in great condition and works perfectly, but I've upgraded and no longer need this one. It is not currently unlocked (read: it is still meant for use with AT&T), but it can be unlocked to be used with other cell phone service providers. The AC adapter and USB sync cable are included.
