    “June 20: Suspicious circumstances, 2300 block of Franklin Ave. E., 11:39 p.m”

Speaking of the 2300 block of Franklin:

What’s the scoop on that place on the west side of Franklin (between Lynn and Louisa) with all the junk in both the front yard and back?

We happened to walk on Franklin the other day and were shocked–this seriously degrades the neighborhood. Even the back of this place is junk-strewn (visible from the alley).

I assume the neighbors have notified the appropriate city agency? There must be a story behind this…

FYI – the address is 2321 Franklin Ave E if you are looking it up or filing a complaint on the code enforcement website.
